DO YOU TAKE INTERNATIONAL ORDERS?


We ship to most countries where a secure method of shipping exists.  Our site will calculate a basic cost of shipping that includes registered or signed delivery.  For more information, or if you require a faster service, please contact us directly or email us at admin@sweetlillymaternity.com.au.   


HOW IS FREIGHT CALCULATED?


$9.50 flat rate is charged for all domestic orders throughout Australia using the Australia Post Network - Express Post Service with a tracking number.  This means that if you reside in a metropolitan area, you should receive your parcel the very next day, however, we cannot guarantee next day delivery to other regions (this is usually a day or so later).  If you feel that you require a signed delivery for your order, this will incur an additional fee of $8 to upgrade to the Plantinum Express Post Service and you should contact us on admin@sweetlillymaternity.com.au to arrange this.

Should you wish to return an item for any reason, the freight is not reimburseable. 

International freight is calculated using the Australia Post Network for overseas parcels and will be calculated per KG.  Overseas shipping fees do include insurance and all parcels will be sent via registered post which you will have to sign for.  Our system can give an approximate guide to the freight charges but this will be confirmed once the order has been processed.


HOW DO I KNOW MY ITEM IS IN STOCK?


Generally, if an item is out of stock, it will say so on the product page. Though occasionally, due to high demand, we may be out of stock of certain items. If we do not have an item in stock that you've ordered, you will be contacted via email or by phone. 


HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED?

When you send in your order, you will receive an email confirmation from us. All orders will be processed and despatched upon receipt of payment and generally within 24 hours. See Payment Options for more details on how to pay for your orders.

  Make payments online with your Visa, Bankcard or MasterCard. Upon checkout, simply select the option to pay by credit card. You will be redirected to a secure-server page where you can enter your credit card information.  You will then be prompted confirm or cancel the transaction. When a transaction is successful, we will then provide you with an electronic receipt.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES


In the unfortunate event that a gift has been damaged through the delivery process, please contact Sweet Lilly Maternity on: admin@sweetlillymaternity.com.au  to organise for the gift to be returned and a replacement organized.

If you are not completely happy with your purchase please feel free to return it within 14 days of date of purchase and we will exchange it for something more suitable. We will also refund if we can’t talk you into something else!! The cost of returning the exchanged item is the responsibility of the customer and we take no responsibilty for lost items that do not reach us.  Note: No exchange or refund on sale items unless otherwise stated.

SIZING


What size should I buy?
Sweet Lilly's collection of maternity garments are designed to fit you throughout the full term of your pregnancy ie. from when you first start to show right up until the last trimester and thereafter. Most styles offer a snug fit with most fabrics made from stretchy spandex, cotton or elastane to expand with your growing tummy! 

The sizes for our maternity wear are usually the same as non-maternity clothing - so if you were a size 12 before you got pregnant, look for maternity clothes labelled size 12.  The only exception to this rule is with Yim Jeans.  You will need to order the size below your usual pre-pregnancy size to ensure a snug fit.   If you are fortunate enough to be having a multiple birth, we recommend that you go up a size as you will need the room

Here is a general guideline on sizing for our maternity and nursing wear collection:

Determine your maternity/nursing top or dress size based on your current bust measurement.  Measure around the fullest circumference of your bust and refer to the chart below to get the most accurate fit.  

For maternity bottoms, measure the largest circumference of your hips by wrapping the tape measure around your hips, just below your growing belly and then refer to the chart below for the corresponding size.

IS THERE ANY SPECIAL CARE REQUIRED FOR YOUR CLOTHING?

For best results, follow the care instructions on the sewn-in label of the garment.
