It's easy! just visit our website at www.sweetlillymaternity.com.au and on the homepage (opening page) click the button that says 'My Account'. If this is your first time shopping with us, simply click 'Register Now' on the New Customer box. You will be invited to fill out your contact details before you go shopping so we'll know where to send your stuff.
Alternatively, you can start shopping straight away and fill out your contact details at checkout.

| What if an item is saying 'out of stock'? |

Our website is always up to date to show you stock availability. Some items are regular pieces on our site and we can usually get more stock, however, some pieces (particularly dresses and skirts) have been imported from overseas and the manufacturer may not be making any more due to seasonality. If you are unsure, best to email us to check at: admin@sweetlillymaternity.com.au

| How do I know what size to purchase? |

With over 50 different labels to our collection, its really difficult for us to give you guidelines for each label, however, as a general rule of thumb, maternity is sized as following:
Size 8/XS
Size 10/Small
Size 12/Medium
Size 14/Large
Size 16/XL
Size 18/XXL
Please note that fabrics will have a big impact on fit. For example, jersey type fabrics are stretchy (best for maternity styles) and will be quite generous and woven fabrics (such as cotton, satin, silk or polyesters) will be true to fit.

| If an item does not fit, or I don't like the style, can I return it? |

Yes of course! We accept returns and exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, simply return it to: PO Box 247, Avoca Beach NSW 2251 within 14 days of purchase and fill out the accompanying Returns Form to advise us what you would like to exchange it for or whether you simply prefer a refund.
You will need to include your credit card details again as, due to security, we do not keep your credit payment details on file. Please note that $9.50 will be charged for shipping out your new purchase, unless you are providing an express post satchel for the new shipment.
Please note that items purchased from our Sale Section are eligible to return due to the massive discount offered which is well under cost price. Please choose carefully.
PLEASE NOTE all sale items on our site are NON RETURNABLE.

Simply log back into your SLM account and shop as usual. Upon checkout, our website will automatically update your new total, including your store credit.

The terms of our 20 and 25 per cent discount promotions are that we are happy to provide a store credit or exchange on all items returned, but no refunds.

As we have new items arriving on a regular (sometimes weekly) basis, a brochure would become out of date very quickly so we urge you to check our website weekly and sign up for email notifications of new styles.
